Best GUI for managing MySQL 5.1?

What is the best GUI to manage your MySQL 5.1 installation? I would like to be as close as possible to SQL Server management tools than where my experience is. The management client should run under Windows (XP, Vista (32 and 64-bit variants) and 7 (32 and 64-bit variants).

I have been using SqlYog for several years now and am very pleased with this. It has the best interface I've seen. Navicat is good, but better than SqlYog. In addition, there are several β€œpowerful” functions that come in handy as a query builder tab.

The Pro version is around $ 70, but there is a free community version.

If you also have a PHP / Apache server, you can phpMyAdmin or SQL Buddy . Otherwise, MySQL GUI Tools (Browser Browser and Administrator) are good.

So far, the closest thing I've found is Navicat Lite http://www.navicat.com/
