IronPython and pdb.set_trace ()

Does anyone know if IronPython 2.6 plans to have pdb.set_trace () support to enable the setting of breakpoints in the ironpython module? If not, does anyone have a suggestion for doing this without pdb?

Yes, IronPython 2.6 supports this. By default, this is enabled when sys.settrace is called so that frames already on the stack above the caller are not available. But with the -X: Tracing option, it is available all the time.
