Convert TForm win32-application into a Win7 gadget (delphi)

Question

What is the process of converting a win32 application (actually a small popup) to a win7 gadget? I need to convert exe to activex component, can i use TForm?

It would be nice to have support for Win7 + Vista.

Windows Vista / 7 gadgets are mostly mini HTML apps. The user interface consists of pages containing regular HTML, CSS, images, and potentially ActiveX controls .

Thus, the only way to use your win32 application in a gadget is to convert the application to ActiveX Control.
