The "visible area" of the control?

Question

I have a Canvas in a ScrollViewer. The canvas has a size of 600x600 and ScrollViewer 400x400. If I scroll to the right, I do not see 200pxl of the left side of the canvas. Therefore, my Canvas region starts with x = 200, but in fact the visible region is at x = 0. Is there a way to get the “visibility” of a control for a property or something like that?
