How to make my ImageView scalable?

Can anyone help on how to use the matrix type of scaling to scale the image, as well as how to use the translation method so that it can be centered? I tried using webview to be able to use the scalable and scrollable functions that I need, but it's not nice to watch.

I found a tutorial , divided into 4 parts from a blog on how to scale and pan an image, and this is pretty nice. It has code examples that you can download and some explanations. He also has other teaching aids.
