Starting with Ruby 1.9.x, Rails 3 and / or Merb

I need to spend some time reading the changes about the changes in Ruby 1.9.1 and the upcoming Rails 3 / Merb. Can people offer any articles to read?

No need to look for one answer, just looking for a compilation of resources that people use to keep up with what is happening and what actually exists, so if you come in, let me know what you are looking at. Thanks!

Rails3 is very fast. Updates from books or blog entries are not enough to keep up with the changes that are taking place in Rails3. Therefore, I suggest using Rails on Github instead, although it may seem scary, but I found it much more efficient.
