Sending pre-filled SMS from iPhone application

My requirements are similar to automatically sending a list to a client via sms from my iPhone App. I did a bit of searching without a matching result. all messages relate to opening the sms editor using openUrl, but not to populate the contents of the sms with some text ...

The URL string must not contain any message text or other information.

This is not possible in the public SDK. The closest you can get is to start the SMS application with a pre-entered number (via the sms: URL scheme).
