Does anyone know how sites generate updated Apple App Store app feeds?

Many sites have rss feeds for updated and new applications in the Apple App Store. However, the Apple rss news generator only shows channels for the top 100 free / paid apps. So, how can I create my own database of new / updated applications in the same way as all these people? What magic feed do they get?
