Add Watch Expression to Eclipse with a keyboard shortcut

I need help adding a keyboard shortcut to add a clock expression in Eclipse. I can add a clock by right-clicking in the "Expression of Expressions" window, but by moving between the keyboard and the mouse, performance is reduced.

Can anyone suggest me any suggestions to fix this?

Go to the "Preferences" section (on Mac Eclipse> "PReferences"). You don’t know what title headers are under win / * nix) and expand the "General" section and select "Keys", after which you will get a panel with a search dialog, Enter "watch" and configure it accordingly.

just as you can use for windows. it works.

Eclipse> Preferences> General> Keys

I managed to get it to work if I first:

Window -> Preferences -> General -> Keys (type filter text: watch). Set the Binding to a free Shortcut of your choice (i've choosen Shift+W).

Select "Debug" in the "When:" drop-down list. Now it works as soon as my debugger works (but it does not work if you are not currently debugging.

I hope that helps to work with this crippled "something like IDE" eclipse, with which I currently have to "work", as well ...
