What changes are in the iPhone Software Developer License Agreement?

Recently, the licensing agreement for the iPhone developer program has been changed.

Unfortunately, there is no official official version available to us for comparison (as far as I know). Searching the search bar does not show me very useful results (and only very old versions of the license agreement.

If any of you have a good understanding of the license agreement and its recent changes, I would be glad to know you.

I did a comparison of two PDF files (you will need to read the current one to understand what this means):

changes:

0 - everywhere: remove links to specific products and replace them with "iPhone OS"

1 - everywhere: links include the federal government, added to phrases like "your company, organization ...".

2 - paragraphs 3.1.17 and 3.1.18 are new in the section "Content and materials"

3 - clause 3.3.24 is new

4 - clause 15.11 - changes in disputes between apples and educational institutions

5 - Added Article A, Section 9.

hope this helps. (caution: I'm not a lawyer, so who knows what has changed from a legal point of view).
