Can I make a PhoneGap app for iOS without a Mac?

So, I have an HTML 5 application, and I have access to the Apple Developer Center (more precisely, iOS Dev Center). The question is, can I use it without buying (lending) a Mac? Meaning, can I create / upload a developer certificate and preparation profile from Windows or Linux?

For those who are wondering how to sign their iOS app on Windows, here's how you can do it: create an iOS signing key for PhoneGap on Windows .

You still need an Apple Developer account, there is no way around it.

No, It is Immpossible. You can build your phone call application in the cloud without a Mac (with some limitations depending on the build plan you choose ).
Like @stu sais, you can make a certificate for the Apple Store using Windows. But finally, you'll need a Mac with Xcode installed to update your app on the App Store.

Yes, perhaps through PhoneGap Build. https://build.phonegap.com/

In the end, you'll need a Mac to send iOS apps. You can simply try the remote Mac MacClCloud server from your PC. You can install PhoneGap and develop iOS in the cloud.

You can make a certificate for the Apple store using windows. Anyone who says otherwise has no idea. I do it myself. Just install ssl in windows and run it from the command line. Find a tutorial on how to create a certificate for a mac repository using ssl from cmd.
