Fusion Resistance

Is there a simple built-in way to store data in Confluence when writing my own macro? This data should be sorted by page, i.e. the user will add marco to his wiki page. This data can then be requested by another summary macro.

I read something about Bandana, but I'm not sure how to get this to work with my plugin.

I hope this link can help you with various options for saving data in Confluence: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFDEV/Persistence+in+Confluence Sherif

This is a bit dated, but my old Twikkir Confluence plugin uses Bandana persistence with the plugin. Some details and a link to the source are here:

Using Bandana for perseverance is no longer recommended. Starting with Confluence 4.3, there is a new level of ORM available for saving plug-in data - Active Objects .

If you need query data, you need to use the {sql} macro. To use this, you must first install the data source.
