Is everything in Ext js blue?

Of course, blue is cute and has a nice office look, but you do not want all applications to have the same color. Is it easy to customize the look in ext js?

Theming Ext JS is much easier in 3.x than in 2.x. If you want to buy a new theme, a new site with themes for sale has appeared: extthemes.com . You can even contact the developer if you want to create your own theme.

If you want to try it yourself, just make a copy and rename resources/xtheme-gray.css and resources/images/gray , and start modifying css!

One of the final options is to use the Ext JS theme generator , which is a ruby โ€‹โ€‹development tool that is open on github. This is very new, and I am very excited about it.

There are some built-in functions for customization, however this is not the fastest thing to create a theme for it (and therefore only a few complete themes are available).

However, there are some topics that the community is working on , maybe one of them is right for you?

If you want to try your hand at the color combination that you like, you might want this visit to be closest to Theme Roller, which I found for ExtJS: ExtJS Color Theme Changer

We use the slate theme in a large project. The customer likes it. See Link provided by @Nick Craver.

To date, I have found that it is not very easy to change the default appearance of more complex ExtJS components, such as grids or trees. However, one of the reasons I like ExtJS is to provide complex, capable components out of the box. Usually I stick to an existing topic when I plan to use these components.

Nothing interferes with the configuration of components, and ExtJS provides the low-level utilities needed to create something.
