What is the HTML code that triggers signatures / comments when the mouse rolls through a hyperlink?

What is an HTML snippet that allows me to provide comments on links before the user actually clicks on them? Do you know what I mean?

I mean, I have hyperlinks on my web page and I want to know some information about this - what will I be referred to if I click on this link, so I just turned my mouse over this link and some the kind of header that provides me with all the necessary information about this link.

I know how to create hyperlinks in HTML, but I have no idea how to make these self-tuning signatures. Can someone please share with me how to do this? What tags do I need to use for this?

A simple example would be much appreciated.

Thank you all in advance!

If you intend to use the title attribute, then one problem is the default timeout for the attribute. those. after a certain time, it will disappear.

If you want the tooltip to appear when users click on it and that doesn’t disappear, you can use css and javascript to create a tooltip.

Create an appealing, lightweight JavaScript hint

I believe that you are referencing the abbr tag

The title attribute gives a normal yellowish hint.
