How to consume sunlight when programming in a cave?

I work in a dungeon / cave. This is the basement. The atmosphere is great, but I let in the sunlight. What are you doing in such an environment? I found some devices that produce artificial sunlight, but I think they can cause a lot of problems.

What are your problems? I know that there are light sources that are used to treat seasonal affective disorder; they are not cheap, but may be what you are looking for.
