If you just need to extract objects from text, you can try Open Calais from Thomson Reuters. It is free up to 40 thousand calls api / per day and worked well for me in the past. (I used it 2x / day for ~ 6 months without a hitch.)

They provide wrappers in different languages ​​(for making api calls), and you can also get the answer in several different formats.

Universities have several Java implementations ( like this one ), but I don’t know any commercial version.

Code for university versions is available, and with some effort, you can probably port .NET.
