Database Migrations for SQL Server

I need a database migration framework for SQL Server that can manage both schema changes and data migrations.

I think I'm looking for something similar to the django South framework here.

Given the fact that the South is closely related to django ORM and the fact that there are so many ORMs for SQL Server for SQL Server, I only mean the general migration structure that allows you to write and execute SQL data / schema in a controlled and consistent way. Change scenarios should be sufficient.

Perhaps Liquibase or dbdeploy meets your needs? I also heard well about RedGate .
