The best application development option for iphone windows

What do you think is the best way to develop iphone apps on windows? What are the advantages / disadvantages of your method and why do you use it in other ways? How complicated is your method in relation to other parameters?

I am more interested in standalone and web applications, but I can not discuss game graphics.

Yes, I know what you need to build on a Mac so that you can put it in the app store, so there is no answer for using mac.

If you are creating web applications, all you need is a text editor to create your web pages and iPhone to check the results. If you want to create a stand-alone application, there is a project called winChain that claims to be able to set up the iPhone development toolchain on Windows (DISCLAIMER: I never tried to use it, so as far as I know, the executable can be a Trojan horse) . One more thing you might consider ... you might consider Android development , given that the SDK supports Windows development.

Try the Airplay SDK (www.airplaysdk.com) Standard C ++ is not required for the AppStore.

but if you want to develop an application for the iPhone iative that uses the COCOA Touch API, then you will definitely go to the Mac, no other alternatives for this.

You can develop a web application as well as your own application using the COCOA Touch API on the MAC.

The best way is to always use a real Mac that boots with the latest iOS SDK. If you only have a computer, you can rent a Mac remotely from macincloud.com . It allows you to access the actual Mac server using Windows Remote Desktop Connection (RDP). You pay a monthly fee of between $ 20 and $ 30, and you can start practicing right away.

  • There is actually a great way to develop iPhone applications on a PC without the need to jailbreak your iPhone. Rhomobile has created a hosted RhoHub development tool that solves this problem and also provides some other useful features, such as creating applications on the Internet for all smartphones without having to install the SDK on the local computer. Read it for free at www.rhohub.com.
