Are Visual Studio 2010 Professional Solutions / Projects 100% compatible with Visual Studio 2010 Premium solutions / projects?

I'm just curious to know which version of Visual Studio 2010 to install (Professional or Premium). If there are several people in the team with a combination of VS2010 professional / premium, opening solution / project files will be a problem, i.e. wrong version or tips for updating prjects ..

Projects include: asp.net mvc, database, and Silverlight.

In common projects created by the same version of different versions, they are compatible with each other - if the installed release does not have the functions necessary to download this project, it will inform you of this and simply do not download the project.
