How can I create and install applications on jailbroken iPhone without participating in the iPhone Developer Program?

I would like to create and install my application on my jailbroken device without paying the $ 99 required for the iPhone Developer Program. I have Rock and Cydia ... what is the easiest way to do this (if possible)?

Below is a guide for creating and working, as well as for creating and debugging work with jailbroken iPhone / iPod touch.

It is written for Xcode 3.2.1 and iPhone OS 3.1.2, so I don’t know if it works with newer versions.

Open Development tools require Apple tools. You can download Apple Development Tools for free from Apple Developer. A $ 99 fee is easy if you want to install and deploy in a mod compatible with the app store.
