Git sandbox for someone pull / push?

Is there a git repository on github or elsewhere that allows anyone to read write access solely for the purpose of trying out git commands (aka git sandbox)?

You can easily set up your own repository, but a repository with one person does not allow you to use a more complete set of test commands, and a repository with several people usually means that there are people who are trying to get serious work and therefore the sandbox is not suitable.

I do not know. But this is a free and easy repo creation on GithHub. Why not just do it and play with it.
