Is there an application for creating a user interface in Mac OS X? Something like SketchFlow on Windows.
I really, really, really (you get the idea), love Balsamiq Mockups . It is cross-platform, through Adobe Air.
Omnigraffle is a very nice user interface compilation system.

Balsamiq Mockups is cross-platform and provides a very simple sketching program.
ForeUI is worth a try. It can work on Mac OS, and you can freely switch in design style between sketch and Mac OS.
Another option is the Sketcher framework , which is built on the Eclipse platform, so itβs essentially cross-platform.
Not tried, but you can also see EasyPrototype: http://www.extremeplanner.com/easyprototype/
MockupScreens runs on a Mac (I'm a developer). You can check it out, it's quite popular. This is a low devotion aimed at UX analysts and people, i.e. non-programmers of "civilians."
And here is the most comprehensive list of layout tools that I know of, some of them work on Mac: http://c2.com/cgi/wiki?GuiPrototypingTools
