Adlib is useful because it has all the gestures built into the JavaScript library, but it is an Apple tool that has not been released into the wild. If you want to play, there are some reverse engineering hacks, and Apple may well combine them with SproutCore (rumor has it). Other tools are noteworthy because they can display well and serve both platforms.
Quick Connect - All singing of all tanks. It will work for a number of mobile devices, but because of this it is more complex, i.e. More moving parts than the stronger html / css / javascript frame aimed at working with tar, getting an iPhone. However good it may be, you have a book that contains a significant part of it, and if your brief explanation is using multiplexed devices, you will need to look at it.

Cappuccino is Objective-j, so javascript is similar to Xcode. There are some problems with this on mobile devices, although in terms of performance and memory.
Sproutcore is the html5 application framework that Apple can accept in its fight against the flash file
