Complexity-based time estimation software

A few months ago, I found project management / time evaluation software that asks you to sort out your tasks in terms of complexity (1, 2, or 3) and then estimate the time you need to complete the deployment.

The system will automatically adapt when you are working.

I forgot the name of the software. In recent days, I have been digging emails and searching Google without any results.

Can anyone infer the name of the software in my description ?

Its not http://www.fogcreek.com (although I found it to be great software.

Thanks in advance.

After almost a year and 1/2, I found the same page that I saw the day before this question.

In general, what I saw was the assessment of LiquidPlanners in the ranges and, perhaps, during sleep, I came to think of it as something completely different.

Could there be a "Construx Estimate" by Steve McConnell?

What about software that allows you to evaluate the date of commitment (when you think you will deliver on request) and tell the date to the requester? When you work on your tasks, the date is recounted, and if it slips, you will inform the new date of the obligation so that the requestor can plan his work accordingly.

This is the tool we are working on if you want to try (in beta): http://yoxel.com/personal-commitment-manager.html

Greetings
