Framework / App for custom maps (not shared Google maps)

Question

I started developing on Android 2 weeks ago and still like it! I am currently working on a project in which I have to display a separate map (and not a Google map view, I would like to display a map of the building’s interior) with which the user can interact (mark the positions, etc.). Is there any infrastructure or existing application that I could use? Of course, I searched the Internet, but could not find anything. Perhaps you can use google map APIs to some extent? Hope you can help me, thanks in advance!

Take a look at the OsmDroid project - a very nice replacement for the Android Google Maps library.
