SSRS Report Manager Report Names

Is it possible for SSRS Report Manager to display a report name that is not a .RDL file name?

those. I have Report.RDL named "MyReportAboutSomeImportantStuff.RDL", but I want the Report Manager to display this user interface as "My report on some important materials."

Yes it is possible. After deploying to the report server, you can go to the report through the report manager and use the Properties tab to manually change the display name of the report — for example, inserting spaces.

If it hurts you to do it manually (and you do), it is also possible to script this and several other operations after deployment using rs.exe. See TechNET: Script Deployment and Administrative Tasks
