Echo cancellation

Can any of you suggest a good and stable echo cancellation package (gnu or not) related to my video conferencing application (C / C ++) (Windows / Linux / MacOSX)? My application should be free, so I don’t want to pay for every user downloading the application.

Oslec is the best I know. You can also peek into the speex codec stack, which includes an echo canceller.

I have successfully used Speex AEC in two different VoIP applications. You may be interested in Speex dev group if you encounter any problems.
