Removing unused selectors in a CSS stylesheet?

I have been developing a web application for several weeks now and am finishing approximately 1,000 lines. I am sure that not all selectors are used and are trying to clear it. At the same time, I do not want to do this manually for obvious reasons.

Is there a safe and effective way to remove unused selectors? To do this, I have to navigate the entire website so that it knows which selectors are not used? (I use javascript to add some selectors so that they do not appear until I see a specific usecase)
