What is the purpose of Check-In Notes? Why use them, and not just the "Comment" that you enter during registration.
I see that there are four types of Notes Check-In: code review, developer, security expert, and performance reviewer. Is the idea to put the name of these reviewers or some actual comments of these people. Does this suggest that you take a group walk before registering the code? I know that politicians can change whether they are needed, but I'm not sure if they really add a comment above the field.
