I am trying to find the phbmyadmin db administration tool for SQL Server for the LAMP environment. I was only able to find similar tools that exist for the IIS / ASP environment.

This is not a website, but I do not know any web applications for SQL Server
There is a project called phpMSAdmin, but I have no idea it is finished so that it can be used. The current release is 0.18 since July 2006.
