Maximum SQLite Size Using Blob

I want to create a database where text and images will be saved using blob. There will be about 5-6 thousand records, and the image size will be about 1 MB. This means 5-6 GB of memory. Will my application manage all this storage, or will it work? I wonder why my phone is 16 GB and it will be about 50% of the free phone. In case blob doesn't work, is there any other method that I can use?

SQLite itself will handle this data just fine. (Databases can have up to 140 TB .)

It may be more efficient to store large images in files; see Internal and External BLOBs in SQLite . However, mobile devices behave differently; You will need to measure it to find out which is faster.

No matter how you store data, while you still have free space, you can still store data.
