A cursor is a good example, but I don’t think you can really argue that cursors are really part of SQL β€” rather, they simply tend to resort to procedural languages ​​used on database servers β€” for example, pl / SQL and T -SQL.

You can also make an argument for record sets, Dynasets, DataTables, and DataViews, but they are also not part of SQL.

They can refer to ORDER BY with a sequential field in the table, but if so, they did not formulate their question very well ...
