Linq History - Any Resources?

I'm interested in the Linq story. How it was first conceived, how it grew out of an idea, how it was developed for the technology that it is today. Does anyone know of a document or video that will give such a story? I know that since 2005, Anders Halesberg has a video with channel 9, but that’s not what I’m looking for.
