Micropayment processing using Paypal or another payment processing service?

I am currently using PayPal to process payments. Nearly 90% of the products are sold for $ 0.99 and would like to use a Paypals Micropayment account, but PayPal claims to be "Micropayments supported for sellers in the US in the US, UK and UK, AU and AU and EU." My company is located in the USA, but the customers are very global. Does this use the Micropayment option, can I not accept payment from someone who lives in Europe or outside the United States? Currently, I use a regular account and I pay $ .34 for each sale, which is very disadvantageous. Is there any other payment processing service that I can use with a lower payment?

Thanks.

If you do not have an insanely large volume, for example, fast food chains, it is very difficult to get a trading account where the transaction price is possible for micro-payments. Most providers will offer an aggregation model in which you sell your content, but periodically bill your customers, that is, issue them once a month so that several purchases are combined together, which makes transaction fees less significant.

Here is one provider offering this model:

I do not work on the above company (in fact, I work in a payment company that does not offer micropayments).

Not the answer you were hoping for, I'm sure, but hopefully this helps.

Take a look at www.carrot.org where the micropayment system works. Customers using the carrotPay download tool in their electronic wallet - WebPurse, can make payments with two clicks if the Carrot purchase button is installed on your website. The purchase button can be installed along with other payment methods on your site. Webpurse automatically converts the currency, so if your client has GBP in their wallet, they will be given an authorization price, but the seller will receive USD if this is the currency they used to evaluate the product. Salary is 6% - maximum 10%. Webpurses can also be used for some kind of loyalty schemes, as they will store many different currencies, real and virtual. If you need more information, please contact andy@carrot.org

Take a look at Google In-App payments. The fee is 5%, which is great for transactions

I work at Google, but I looked at other similar products and I can honestly say that In-App Payments is a very competitive product.
