Can someone provide me with AppFabric licensing information?
Windows Server AppFabric is free, so there is no licensing cost - it is seen as an addition to the Windows / .NET platform. The Azure AppFabric SDK has a license that says you can redistribute, but the license screen in the Windows Server AppFabric installer refers to the Windows license.

However, although AppFabric does not have any costs on its own, if you want to use the high availability features in the AppFabric cache, all cache hosts must be running Windows Server Enterprise Edition. In more detail about it here (point 3), this also applies to (although, just reading the installation guide, I did not see this restriction mentioned anywhere).
