.Net framework 4 URL to download SDK?

You had the opportunity to download a neatly packaged SDK with a .Net card in which there were framework + Developer tools (except for Visual Studio, of course). What is equivalent for .Net 4?

I ask that I need to update my build server in order to build .Net 4 code, and I do not want to install Visual Studio on it.
