Rails response time and server health monitoring tools

I have a Rails 3 application running in production. What tools are available on the market for monitoring response time and server status.

I know New Relic , but response time monitoring is only available in the gold version, which is $ 200 per month.

To monitor the health of the system, I know the density of the server .

Any other tool?

I have been using ServerDensity for one year and I am very satisfied. GitHub recently released the Passenger Plugin for ServerDensity.

If you want something more than Ruby-oriented, take a look at Scout .

The Log Analyzer query log can be useful, free, and works by parsing Rails log files. Thus, there is no chance that this will adversely affect the performance of your application.
