UITableView Scroll Down to Update

Question

What is the easiest way to implement the "Scroll down to update" function, for example, on facebook "News Feed", when you view the news from above, you see the update indicator and update the news accordingly.

If you are targeting iOS 6 devices, you can use UIRefreshControl . Here is an example of how to use it
