How to read page by page in MATLAB?

I am looking for an equivalent, for example, DOS dir | more, which lists data until one page is complete, and then waits for a key to be pressed until it shows another. Is there an equivalent for MATLAB help.

I know that I can just scroll back, but that would be much more convenient, especially if you often use the help system.

Type more on at the command prompt. This will print commands, page by page.

For the next line: 'return'; next page; "Space"; return to the command line: 'q'.

Similarly, more off resumes normal display.
