Broadcast live video streaming iPhone iPhone SDK

Is there a way to take a video stream from an iPhone camera and stream it to a local server (or, if necessary, a remote one)? It does not need to be stored on the server, just to have access to it. It looks like a webcam application.

You can take a look at Technical Q&A QA1702: How to capture video frames from a camera as images using the AV Foundation , which explains how to capture frames from an iPhone camera.

in the sample code, raw camera data is covered by UIImage. My problem is how to send data to the server, which will be converted to a video stream.
