How to disable file and folder refactoring in netbeans 6.9 or 7.0 beta 2

I want to disable annoying file refactoring as I have a php project and it is useless

If I press the folder and press F2 to rename this folder, this will not allow me to do this without going through the refactoring dialog, which is an error, which makes it even worse.

For example, when I click on the “not refactoring” checkbox, the “Positive” button says “preview” ... what does this mean?

And then, to make matters worse, sometimes he refuses to rename a file or folder, and I can’t understand why.

Any ideas?

F2 in the Projects browser works for me in NetBeans 7.

  • Open "Tools / Options / Key"
  • press F2 in "Shortcut Search"
  • make sure F2 is not assigned to "Reactor"

Use Ctrl + R , which is installed by default. You can go to tool-> options-> keymaps, and then do a rename search and go to the corresponding shortcut accordingly.
