Iphone icon number after uninstalling application

In my application, I will show the icon number in the springboard icon. But after the user uninstalls the application and installs it again, the icon number is automatically displayed on the springboard icon.

My question is how to set the icon number to 0 when the user uninstalls my application. What method will it run when the user uninstalls the application?

You must update the icon number the next time you start the application.

The only way to update the icon number is a push notification, which you do not need.
