In testng: Why does @DataProvider work before @BeforeClass?

Question

Using TestNG , why does @DataProvider work before @BeforeClass ?

It seems that sometimes @DataProvider works before @BeforeClass , and sometimes not?

Does anyone know the reason?

This is the way it is implemented today, is this a problem for you?
