Are there existing Perl wrappers for the new USPS New Intelligent Mail barcode?

USPS provides the C library and Java wrapper to generate its new Intelligent Mail barcodes. Has anyone found a Perl shell? I used SWIG once before, but wanted to see if it was done before I ran into a problem. My searches so far have only led to spam sites that pretend to have all your search terms.

This has recently been set at PerlMonks http://www.perlmonks.org/?node_id=859562 . They could not find it, unless someone just did it, it is pretty safe to say - No.

It could be something that you simply connect to Perl with Inline :: Java or Inline :: C using the code that provides USPS.
