Any free integrated code coverage tools for VS2010 (Professional Edition)

Does anyone know of any free (critical points I'm afraid of) code coverage tools for Visual Studio 2010 Professional. I know there are commercial offers such as NCover and DotCover, but due to budgetary considerations they cannot be considered. For similar reasons, the possibility of upgrading to VS versions that come with code coverage cannot be considered.

Looking around, I see that for Java developers there are many free options, but for .NET developers there are no (VS-integrated) options. Please note that I am looking for VS integrated solutions. I know that the free version of the NCover community works from the command line, but only the commercial version is integrated with the VS IDE.

Edit: If no one knows about any of the free tools currently available, can anyone point out pointers to tutorials on how to create VS plugins that decorate the code in the original window?
