Is it possible to extend the outgoing call time during a call?

I would get the duration of the outgoing call, I thought to get when the user on the other side answers my call, but with the help of PhoneStateListener we can get the call status, but PhoneStateListener changes the state to CALL_STATE_OFFHOOK right when the outgoing call starts, not when the person answers the other side, so I can’t get an effective talk time during the conversation. Any ideas for this

I think it's possible just by following the call log. You can request a call log at the end of the call, and the duration field will tell you what you want to know.

Here is a good tutorial. Just add the CallLog.Calls.DURATION field to the array.
