I am starting to use hooks on Windows, and I notice that there is a type of hook called a CBT hook. Although I know how it is used from the documentation, what does CBT mean? I have problems finding in documents ...

CBT stands for Computer Learning. In addition to its original purpose for providing training software, the CBT hook is most often used to provide notifications when a window is created, destroyed, activated, modified, moved, minimized, etc.

I believe that this is "computer-based training": it is intended for use in (very basic level!) Educational software that shows the user how to move and click the mouse.
