How to configure TeamCity server for access from other computers in the local network / domain?

I installed TeamCity on the server machine, but I would like to manage it from other computers. How do I proceed?

Depending on your domain administrators, you may find the default rule "Web Services (HTTP Traffic-In)" allows port 80 traffic, but in my case the programs and services / programs were grayed out and fixed on the "System", only .

In my case, I just needed to add the “TeamCity” rule to allow TCP traffic for ports 80, 8080, 9080 and 9090 (change according to the port settings).
