Always keep an instance of Heroku 1

As you know, after 5 minutes without use, Heroku will pack your free copy of dyno, which will make it the next request slower. [Edit: They sleep after an hour of inaction.]

Is there a way to save an instance of an object? Maybe making sure the site is always in use?

Thanks.
