English dictionary xml / csv file

Question

Does anyone know where I can get a dump of an English dictionary in XML, TXT, CSV format or something that is easy to analyze. I do not need a complete dictionary, but I need separate words and each word is a noun or verb, etc.

Does anyone know a place for such a thing?

Open source dictionaries such as GNU aspell will have words. Not sure of a noun, verb, adjective.

This is a simple text file that can be easily analyzed.

It is not verbose, but very structured.

If you want to extract words and put them in your database, this must be checked.
